- CHAKCHOUKA is by excellence a typical Tunisian dish. So easy to prepare, and delicious.
As far as I know, this dish have been taught in Tunisian families since 6 generations.
I would recommend it with Tunisian hand made harissa and some "merguez" (Tunisian spicy sausages)
Ingredients for 2 people:
1 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
4 Tbsp of olive oil
1 Tbsp Cumin Powder
1 Green Chili Pepper
2 Bell Peppers
4 Large Tomatoes
1 Tsp of Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp Harissa Paste
3 Bay Leaves
Thyme
4 Eggs

North African or Middle Eastern ? ! we are Talking about Tunisia nothing to do with the Middleast at all and has a distinct culture from neighboring countries so have respect and if you do not like just pass silently we do not need to listen to ur caprices Mr kader boubullshitaarboush... as per the sound is perfect for cooking videos that are mute the only thing need to be updated is the decibel of the sound that needs to be louered that is it and be between -12dbFS and -6dbFS thats it the rest is fine and well balanced titles positions colors shootings etc are good
