Same. I like this version of Lara croft. Even though the main story feels like a fetch quest. The tomb raiding, combat and stealth are mixed into a very entertaining cocktail of a game.

Can we all agree the greatest thing to come out of this amazing game was when Lara Croft emerged out of the water.
Cuz that was BADASS.
That was the only character development for Lara in that game. But they quickly undo it by having her cry hysterically in the next scene. For the rest of the game she was just a cliche "chosen one".
Was the PTSD angle showed or hinted at in the game or is that your own interpretation?
i got chills during that entire sequence like YES !!!! LET'S FUCK THEM UUUUUUUP!!! hahaaha it was just brilliant.
It was a good moment but that should have been the area where she picked up the twin pistols. At that point, believability was out the window.
The entire oil rig set piece was fun but completely laughable. She would have been absolutely shredded by that helicopters guns at the start. She had no cover and took direct fire.
