As a girl with an irregular cycle I sometimes can just feel when it comes and it’s always at the worst times😂😢😅
I totally get that! Having an irregular cycle can be so unpredictable, and it always seems to show up at the worst possible times, right? 😂 One thing that might help is keeping a period tracker app or just jotting down notes about your symptoms leading up to your period. Sometimes, recognizing patterns in your body can give you a little heads-up. And always having a little emergency period kit with essentials like pads, tampons, pain relievers, and an extra pair of underwear can be a lifesaver for those unexpected moments.

Random tips
•drink warm water, less to drink cold water.
•eat less spicy food
•often showers
•change pad regularly
•bring extra pads and underwear if you going out
•track your period

To be frank, do not use pain reliever medicines in ur periods because it might show its effect later on so its better to bear the pain beacause we girls are the strongest!💪

However, if you can tolerate it or you've already tried using a hot compress and it's still very painful, then go ahead and take medication.
