Don't panic! Tell your doctor about it, in some cases there are medical issues with severe pain but there are cases like me which there's nothing wrong medically -craving only chocolate is a myth. Thank u for making this video it's very helpful, I just got my first period and I was shocked and didn't know things about it so I watched this video and it really is helpful thank u for your effort 💖💖💖
I'm having lots of corrections here, as a female woman: 0:06 - well, do take note that you can also get your period earlier or later. Ages you would usually get your period is around 8-17. If you get it before you are 8, talk with pedicartian immediately, if you get it after 17 or you still haven't gotten your period yet as an adult, best thing to do is just call a gynecologist. 0:45 - they mean don't wear the SAME pad longer than 6 hours. Because every 6 hours you will have to change your pads other wise it will stink. 1:08 - just basically eat warm food and drinks to reduce your pain in the cramps 1:32 - bananas and other fruits too 1:51 - they mean take shower EVERYDAY 2:03 - by resting enough they mean by getting 7-8 hours of sleep anytime you are in your periods 2:30 - meanwhile some people have up to 10 days... but don't worry its normal ! 3:02 - you can sneeze yall... its just chances are there your blood will leak nothing to worry 3:35 - or if you are allergic to ginger pls don't eat/drink anything containing ginger.. don't get an allergic reaction 3:41 - they mean it REDUCES heavy flows. Try drinking 2.5L of water everyday That is all. Have fun in your period! And also pain .
when you have period, you should take bath because if you avoid bath you will not smell good for the swim part, mostly people swim will let their period be better so you don’t have to avoiding swimming
Here are some tips my mom told me: •You have to bathe 3 days after your period, as it can suddenly stop. If you can't wait till three days, wash only the lower half of the body •Don't let anyone slap your back/bum, during your period •Don't eat fruits during your period, because if the blood leaks it'll leave an even worse stain than it normally will Hope this helps!
I don’t know if this is a genetic thing because my mom also has it, but we both don’t get period cramps, like our stomach might rumble or something but that’s about it. I never got to experience the pain of cramps, and my friends say I’m very lucky. Wondering if some one could describe to me how it feels? Thanks! ❤
i get very small cramps at the start and just before i start it. thankfully it barley hurts and lasts a few mins. But my mum had rlly bad cramps so bad that she would vomit
I also have some tips for when you're at school! - wear only dark clothing (if you don't have any dark pants left, grab an oversized hoodie or a too big t-shirt to cover your butt) - if you have a hoodie or any dark jeans with pockets put a tampon/pad inside in case you are scared that someone will notice you getting one from your backpack - CHANGE PADS/TAMPONS FROM TIME TO TIME, especially when you feel it coming - if you're scared you have visible leaks, ask any girl or preferably a friend to check it; if you do, tie any hoodie around (if you don't have one, ask someone for one) and go to the toilet to change your pad/tampon. If you have no hoodie and u have your PE/sports clothing with you, go to the toilet during a break and change your pants - don't be ashamed if you have any leaks or leave a blood stain on a chair! Just remember to clean it up and change
Lemon tea is also a good option for ceamps, u can take it 2-4 times a day. How to make it? Add water, tea powder and boil it, after boiled squeeze half a lemon and add a pinch of salt, and drink it hot. Hope this helps 🐱
One tip that wasn’t in the video is that sometimes going on walls can help with the cramps! I tried it and it worked for me but it’s probably different for everybody
Be brave girls and work according to the above tips so it will be easier to bare the cramp pains, I really tried your tips on my period that is really amaizing to feel comfortable❤

i need this rn
I'm having lots of corrections here, as a female woman:
0:06 - well, do take note that you can also get your period earlier or later.
1:08 - just basically eat warm food and drinks to reduce your pain in the cramps
1:32 - bananas and other fruits too
1:51 - they mean take shower EVERYDAY
2:03 - by resting enough they mean by getting 7-8 hours of sleep anytime you are in your periods
2:30 - meanwhile some people have up to 10 days... but don't worry its normal !
3:02 - you can sneeze yall... its just chances are there your blood will leak nothing to worry
3:35 - or if you are allergic to ginger pls don't eat/drink anything containing ginger.. don't get an allergic reaction
3:41 - they mean it REDUCES heavy flows. Try drinking 2.5L of water everyday
That is all. Have fun in your period!
And also pain .
Unnie can you make video for me after period how to grow height and become tallerrrr😄🙆
4:00 hi, can you plz explain the bath and swimming one part because my mother said to avoid bath
when you have period, you should take bath because if you avoid bath you will not smell good
for the swim part, mostly people swim will let their period be better so you don’t have to avoiding swimming
Omg this was so helpful i was literally doing almost half of the don'ts. i had no idea about the swimming thing thnx so much!
I recently started watching ur videos and they are so asthentic and useful I just love them ..keep going:)..
And thanks for all your efforts 💜
Here are some tips my mom told me:
•You have to bathe 3 days after your period, as it can suddenly stop. If you can't wait till three days, wash only the lower half of the body
•Don't let anyone slap your back/bum, during your period
•Don't eat fruits during your period, because if the blood leaks it'll leave an even worse stain than it normally will
Hope this helps!

Same thing
I got it before 2 months😅 and I was afraid to tell her
Omg u don't know how happy I am that I found this video tysm this really help
I don’t know if this is a genetic thing because my mom also has it, but we both don’t get period cramps, like our stomach might rumble or something but that’s about it. I never got to experience the pain of cramps, and my friends say I’m very lucky. Wondering if some one could describe to me how it feels? Thanks! ❤
When I get cramps, I feel a sharp pain.
Same tho
Same! 😭 It feels like someone is stabbing my stomach multiple times and it goes deeper!😭
i get very small cramps at the start and just before i start it. thankfully it barley hurts and lasts a few mins. But my mum had rlly bad cramps so bad that she would vomit
Neither do I.
I also have some tips for when you're at school!
- wear only dark clothing (if you don't have any dark pants left, grab an oversized hoodie or a too big t-shirt to cover your butt)
- if you have a hoodie or any dark jeans with pockets put a tampon/pad inside in case you are scared that someone will notice you getting one from your backpack
- CHANGE PADS/TAMPONS FROM TIME TO TIME, especially when you feel it coming
- if you're scared you have visible leaks, ask any girl or preferably a friend to check it; if you do, tie any hoodie around (if you don't have one, ask someone for one) and go to the toilet to change your pad/tampon. If you have no hoodie and u have your PE/sports clothing with you, go to the toilet during a break and change your pants
- don't be ashamed if you have any leaks or leave a blood stain on a chair! Just remember to clean it up and change
TY! i got my period today and this is only the 2nd time i have ever got my period. I will for sure write some of these things in a journal
I whish I had my period at the common ages 🙄😭

“Don’t drink alcohol”
That one aunt that’s drunk like 24/7
2:10 it stinks like our heart dissection last year ngl 🤣
ty i really needed this! i just got my first period today 😭
Actually, you shouldn't shower on your periods. Do it when your periods reduce, and the day is different for everyone
My parents force me to shower everyday because we live in Brazil, a how weather place😂💀
Waiting
Cuz this can be very helpful I guess

ME TOO !!
Lemon tea is also a good option for ceamps, u can take it 2-4 times a day.
How to make it?
Add water, tea powder and boil it, after boiled squeeze half a lemon and add a pinch of salt, and drink it hot.
Hope this helps 🐱
Cause why my period just started 😩😩
One tip that wasn’t in the video is that sometimes going on walls can help with the cramps! I tried it and it worked for me but it’s probably different for everybody

Try using menstrual cups instead of sanitary pads. Won't need the double pad technique any longer. It's much convenient, easy to use and stain fre
