Hello mate great video 👍 this is what it's all about man, slow and steady and all that good stuff. Before you know it you'll have a nice bit there, I don't do the index funds and what not like yourself more just gold and silver for me but I completely get it, thinking back to buying that first single silver britannia I'd never of thought I'd have what I do now. I assumed you didn't have a mortgage as you mentioned how you are trying to keep your debt down and that you invest a good % of your monthly income. I just thought a mortgage would be hard to swing, but it goes to prove that through discipline you can achieve amazing results. I have a couple of mortgages myself here in Bulgaria. I got into the market 4 years ago and the prices have nearly tripled since then. Might actually be worth taking a look at, if you want to invest overseas. It's a great location, with some of the lowest interest rates, and lower prices in Europe. Next year it is going to accept the Euro as its official currency as well. Let me know if you want to have a chat about it. Keep up the great work mate!
