      +possumshake Alaskan crab shells are actually really thin. You could peel the thing with your hand, actually. Of course if you're a chef, then you probably would want to serve it to someone else afterward, so it will be less sketchy with a knife.

      +Thanh Nguyễn Duy I'm glad you like the knife. I use it mainly to chop and cut bones, shell and other hard ingredients. The blade is extremely durable and strong. I also use it to fillet fish. This particular knife was a gift from Japan. Thanks for your comment Thanh Nguyễn Duy.

    Those knives are incredibly sharp! You must have amazing sharpening technique! I love using my Japanese Sharpening stones to hone my knives sharp enough to slice paper! Thanks for the awesome video and this cool way to cook crab!

      Thank you for your comment. I think it just tastes different to boiled. Not really better or worse. But I really like the aroma that you get from grilling it. Also, the sear brings out the natural sweetness of the crab, imo.

    working as a sushi chef was one of the hardest jobs u had. the first 3 months I worked, ended up with restless nights due to severe leg cramps. and had major feet blisters.
