In this video we explain the principles behind pre-emptive striking. We demonstrate two simple, effective options anyone can use for pre-emptive striking, where to target and how to train them on the pads.
Remember - strike first, strike hard and escape!
Oh and wear a groin guard :)
Thank you!

This is a good idea and great techniques!
I've been using these and kicking the groins and palm striking all people I meet to STOP whatever fight's going to START, so very effective.
Groin kick didn't work on my grandma though, but the palm strike did! Amazing!
Good approach mate! Maybe try the oblique kick on your grandma next time...take that knee out?
Your not a big guy, but your hitting power is incredible, great video too,
Thanks David! Really appreciate that mate👍

Thanks Wilmar👍
That makes sense about the question, that way you can't text and drive or even talk, it uses different parts of the brain.
I liked this video! Will you cover anything about what to do if an attacker has already grabbed you?
Hi Simon! Really glad that you enjoyed the video👍 if you check out our last video "2 simple ways to defend against a headbutt" there are effective releases to a double handed chest grab on that vid and we will definitely cover defenses to other grabs - clothing, wrists, headlocks etc on future videos😁👍
