Imagine resisting temptation your whole life.
Only a true lion can handle the lioness, and vice versa. And it takes time and patience and a lot of hard days to survive that long and elevate. So many people stop at 'gazelle' levels in life and subsequently get eaten alive while complaining about it.
I wish I could speak like Jordan Peterson! He is our modern day Shakespeare! His fame will last into the future like Shakespeare’s fame lasted into the future. But Jordan is twice the blessing to us all. Thank the Almighty for this excellent soul!

Take a few words like 'bloody', 'catastrophe', 'hell', 'malevolence', 'damn', 'nihilism', 'horrors' etc. Space them at regular intervals, repeating them where possible.
Then connect them with, sometimes wisdom, sometimes just the start of interesting sounding ideas...not necessarily relevant or completed.
Use phrases like "So then you might ask....and the answer to that would be," to create an illusion of a logical progression of ideas that the listener themselves would think.
Mix in a huge dollop of scorn and generalised insults.
It is one recipe...

After my accident that took me out the work force 20+years ago I totally lost myself,now I don't know what to do with myself that I'm more "woke"about myself but no direction of purpose. Mundane... To quote Freddie Mercury "Nothing really matters"

I learned English in my early 20s and could not get the phrase" a large minority of cases". He uses such expressions all the time and looks like just a good literature with strong emotions but I doubt that his words really have the same strong meaning

What does this have to do with Lions? Those are ambush predators that spend most of the day sleeping. They lay in wait for easy prey and give up if they think there is going to be any significant fight or chase. (Lionesses chase down prey in coordinated groups during the day, but male lions have a very different modus operandi.) They generally kill any cubs they find who might have been fathered by other lions in order to make the lionesses more sexually receptive sooner. They are by no means a good role model.

Seems like a couple of points of clarity could help. Capitalism is the most unequal of all forms of economics and yet it's also the most wealth producing so while there's not a king and a bunch of paupers, there may be barrons and many workers but the workers make much more than the paupers and the barrons have much more than kings. That does not mean that we should not address these points of equality though because the existing system is not fair without regulation. It's simply not reasonable to think that governments should not be involved in trying to equal the field of both play and outcomes even though Peterson hates the idea of assisting in outcomes we must or we lose a large percent of thought and economic power. As for Nhilistic ideals, we evolved to live in groups and care about each other. We built modern societies and think now that society and our place in it is what matters but that's not the kind of animal we are. Se we hve to operate with this idea about how to advance in a modern world that lost the plot while still having a brain that knows the plot and is trying to hold on to it. If you happen to have a strong social connection to your friends and family and you are functioning in modern society, I can see how your life would be stellar. What it comes down to is that many of us lost each other and there are some losses like that that are very difficult to overcome and navigate through which is why the more wealthy a country becomes, the less happy it tends to be as the focus shifts from humanity to money.
I actually really like Peterson- but I’m sick of the “lion” bullshit. Male lions lay around about 70-80% of their day and let the females do almost all of work. Is that really how “strong” men want to be? Is that what men should aspire to?
It's not about the work, it's about the mindset of that like a Lion. Nothing at all in the world can scare you or distract you.
Dr. Petersen is not educated much about political and economical systems. At nowadays time talk about capitalism like a system, where are protection of private property or people’s right to own what they earned , is a bit naive. After all low of capitalism were abundant by US , all these things doesn’t exist including democracy, freedom of speech , and even freedom to think and to be a parents of your child.

actually, i think you could get more successfull society if you didnt allow famelies at all and made an institution where everyone had to grow up with equal rights. The mentality you are describing int he beginning is not lion mentality. it is mentality like Sid from the Ice age. He does stupid things he doesnt want to do without knowing it and somtimes he does it intentionally but he is surprised by the negative results.
