I’ve said this before, but it takes a while for my water to heat up. I don’t leave it running longer than necessary, but I feel like we’re told not to wash our face in cold water and then we’re also told not to waste water…. What do I do!?

@@joannakeshia8439 Not anymore, pretty much everyone says use lukewarm or closer to the body’s skin temp so that way it’s not a shock to the skin (which could cause irritation)
Joanna Keshia luke warm I think- cold is too harsh and doesn’t cleanse as well? Maybe Cassandra can tell us!
Almost freezing water is bad because it can harm the skin and create couperosis with long term use. But room temperature water does no harm. Generally cold water from the faucet will be slightly colder than room temperature. But not so much that it does harm. Of course if people like warm water, they can use it. But that's strictly about their preferences.
Whether the water is room temperature or skin temperature it will have no significant difference concerning the cleaning.
Speaking of running water, I live in Japan and there's a sink on top of my toilet. When I flush the toilet, the sink on the toilet runs and you can wash your hands there. Then your dirty hand water fills the toilet bowl. All toilets should work that way. Why do we need to defecate in fresh, clean water?

In terms of heating, the water takes some time to heat. So often you got to turn on tha tap and wait for a couple of minutes for the water to get warm

In Barcelona we consume 116 liters per person/day, in New York 503 liters per person/day. Here in Mediterranean Countries we are well aware of droughts and lack of water. Water is precious. When we see that water running, our souls and hearts break.
Let me point out, Hailey lives in Hollywood/LA in CALIFORNIA! Water is precious everywhere, but as a Californian (I am born & raised) she should know NOT to keep that tap running! Water is also very expensive there. If you have a neighbor with a green lawn, you know they're abusing their priviledge $$$ (hah not MY n'hood).
@@christabcook exactly. I’m also in CA and the Governor has asked everyone to reduce their consumption by at least 15% as we are in a drought. She could easily help by turning off that tap.

Skinceuticals is excellent; I just wish it wasn't so pricey! I tried a sample of their Triple Lipid Restore and it was so luscious; my dry skin drank it right up and felt like silk all day. 🥰

Ig the facial oil she was using had ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate in it in the ingredients list, which is relatively expensive to source and is a stabilised oil soluble form of vitamin C which looks as promising as L-arscorbic acid. Maybe they are charging more for that nonetheless her skincare routine is amazing and u can clearly see the results. Loved this Cass❤🦋

She is religious as is Justin and I think they are pretty well suited for each other. She has really reduced the drama in his life it seems like he's settled down.

I'm pretty impress with Hailey Bieber's skincare routine. She understands her skin's needs and she has beautifully explained why she has chosen a specific product at a specific step in her routine. I would definitely like her keep the facial oil for night time routine since it may hinder SPF protection. Products move around our face and oil could not let the SPF spread properly exposing some areas. I am sure she re-applies throughout the day so she should be good.

To be honest, that level of skin care really isn't required under 25. The things that cause skin damage and aging haven't started by that age. Full elasticity and collagen. It's marketing and social media that has made women this age to thing they need full routines and even procedures before their skin even shows signs of aging. Under 25 basic cleansing and sunscreen is more than enough for basic skin with added hydration or specific care for dry or acne prone skin.
@@missbeaussie Wrong. You people keep saying this but the things i've learn through science especially with stuff like MPB and aging is the earlier you start the better. Preventing wrinkles is easier than getting rid of them.

I used to hate sunscreen because I have sensory issues and I hated the way it felt, but since it’s necessary for me, I found that the stick ones work best! It doesn’t get all over my hands and they normally don’t smell strong . I like the elta md stick one
I love the baggage claim from wander. They’re the best under eye patch. I also keep an eye gel in the fridge and put it on first thing in the morning before I do anything else.

I owe it to my mom that my electricity bill and water bill are way less than anyone I know. Even mom. 😅 I get a spasm when someone doesn't turn off the lights in rooms no one is using that moment. If you come to my house and you leave the light on in the bathroom - You're gonna hear it. The water?! I'm not gonna go there. 😁 Mother earth and mother are happy about that. My daughter learned it too from an early age, happy about that too.

I use the Ordinary’s caffeine serum! It actually does work with my under eye puffiness, it actually shocked me since nothing works lol. Also Hailey is one of the few celebs I can tolerate, like she genuinely seems like a sweet girl granted I only see so much but I enjoy her!

I have always been a skin care fanatic! I just absolutely love different ways to care for my skin. Even at age 9 I was using Evian water spray on my skin to care for it LOL! My first nice skin care set was Lancome before I hit my teens. This is soooo fun, interesting and educational! Excited to watch more!

I started using Goodal Vitemin C line .. and I just love it .. I can see my acne scars are fading fast . about a wash off mask Somebymi blemish bubble cleanser is awesome too. I just apply it in the morning and let it bubble while I brush my teeth and then wash off . 😊

The Laroche Posey SPF is amazing it’s so cheap it has nice cinemies in it and it doesn’t ball up it’s perfect for under make up and any other things that you put on over it it doesn’t ball up and move around and has a very very light white cast that goes away after like 5 minutes I love it
