I'm very glad Westbrook got to stay in LA. When he first came to the Lakers he was so happy that he could play in LA and try to win a championship in his backyard (he's from Long Beach) . But the Lakers and him were never quite the right fit. I thought he got treated very shabbily by the some of the Lakers fans. He didn't deserve that. So now he is with a team that is currently 4th in the West. I am hoping he will be a better fit with PG13 and Kawhi. It would be interesting to see the Clippers go up against the Lakers in the playoffs but its getting kinda late for Lebron and the crew. They need to win practically every game left in the season to make it in.

Westbrook going from one of the worst 3 point shooting teams to one of the best. I think he can still be an effective player, don't know about starter yet, but we'll see. Clippers play at one of the slowest paces in the NBA, he should hopefully fix that.

Russel Westbrook will be very good help in the clippers that's for sure
As a Laker fan, this is actually a steal for the Clippers. There's bigger expectations on Russ on his former teams since he eats up most of the cap space. That won't be the case this time so I think Russ will be playing free again with minimal pressure. On top of that, the team as a whole shoots well and they have a way better head coach who will not play 4 guards all at the same time.

Kevin Love would be a great Fit instead of Westbrook.
The biggest difference between the Lakers and Clippers in this situation is Westbrook will be expected to sign the Clippers with minimum contract.
Lakers couldn’t put him on the bench for a long time because his contact was huge.
But if clippers signed Westbrook with minimum, they can use him as a solid role player and they can cut him whenever they want. So This is a completely different story for the Clippers.
