Yo Jay thanks for the great vid! Just a little tip, if you snip the fat edge with a pair of scissors you'll avoid the pork chops from curling / cupping. Keep it up bro!
These were perfect! I’ve always struggled with cooking pork chops. They never quite came out the way I wanted. This recipe was quick, easy, and delicious!
Duuuuuude, so far we are 3 for 3 on your recipes. Just as the two prior, this came out BOMB! Thank you so very much for the simple yet extremely delicious ideas. Gonna leep doing great meals thanks to you.
Made these for dinner using THICK center cut chops. I adjusted the cook time in the pan,, seared the sides, and finished it off in the oven at 350 for about ten minutes. After that I broiled for an hour...,Bruh, that sauce was fire, and even those inch thick chops were cooked through and tender. I just subscribed and I am glad I did.
Just wanted to let you know that I have referenced this same RUclips video every single time I’ve made pork chops over the past year. I literally thought I hated pork chops until I tried this and now it’s my go-to recipe. My fiancé loves them this way and I’m so proud of myself for trying something new but also for figuring out how to make pork chops in a way that I now love instead of thinking they were gross based on how I’ve had them prepared in the past. Thank you so much!!
I added a whole load more pre seasoning, but thank you so much for that honey butter glaze idea. Holy pig, they were the nicest pork chops I've ever had!
So I am in process of moving and all of my good seasonings and ingredients are still at my old house. So I didn’t have my cooking wine or chicken broth. So instead I decided to follow this recipe but instead of cooking wine and chicken broth I just mixed w a little bit of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce and it still turned out really good! I definitely want to try this with chkn broth and white wine tho for sure!
You make a great video. I used a little too much broth, but I left the “gravy” cooking as I seared the chops and it all came out great! I used garlic salt, seasoning salt, red pepper and lemon pepper for the seasonings. So good!
I was looking for a new pork shop recipe and this one was terrific. My taste buds have been off and I don’t like much of anything these days. I did add red pepper flakes to the sauce but it was perfect.
Looks awesome, I sniped mt fat edges so they didn`t curl up, this was amazing and i`m not a honey guy, I had sweet and heat with red pepper flakes, you the man.Great video, love your passion
Yo Jay I love this channel man. I have already been cooking some of your recipes for the last year and they are bangin! My favorite is the glazed salmon. Im gonna try this one tonight. Just wanted to thank you for improving my cooking game. Peace to you brah! 😊
Just tried this. Excellent recipe! Yum Yum Yum. Had to use Demerara (brown) sugar as a substitute for honey as I have ran out. Quick and simple recipe Thank you
Dawg, I had to do back and share the #Goodness … First off Thank you brother, this recipe was what my pork chops was missing. I did try the recipe (a few adjustments): Onion Salt (1 tsp) Salt less than (1 tsp) because I wasn’t sure about the sodium levels (I did not have onion power or wine.) Instead of wine, I doubled the chicken broth. Thank you! Keep posting. I hope you get your goal sub count. Cause you helping the non Chefs become “well got-damn boy, this here good.” Thanks again.
That tip is if you don't like the fat but I do like the fat so I love your idea of slicing the pieces a little amazing idea work perfectly is the best tasting chops I have ever eaten thank you
I made this a month ago and my oldest son has been BEGGING for me to make them again. Tomorrow is his birthday (happy 17th birthday Jarrell) and I'm making this for his birthday dinner. He's going to LOVE it 💜
Juat made these and MY GUY.....you the man for that simple glazed on god! Its going on wings, ribs, and salmon next . Only thing next time ima need a tsp of cornstarch or flour,to thicken it up.i want it to stick on there without turning on my hot ass broiler lol. Its 95°rt now .
That looks delicious. Is there any way that you can provide a way to make a copy of how to prepare these pork chops. I cannot cook and watch a video. I would like to have it printed it out. Thank you much appreciated

Since I can not eat pork, I used chicken. It was great. I know there is some question, however, it worked. You are super, thanks so much.
I know this is 3y old but I appreciate you’re side notes like about the garlic cloves vs the minced garlic and why and etc🫶🏼

Thanks for this ! I never "caramelized" my sauce before this was a good technique I learned. And I used too much cooking wine haha
Never too much cooking wine lol, wine will always reduce at lot while cooking the alcohol off, so just cook it down more!
