Thinking about buying a house mainly because my dream is an indoor hot tub. It would be in the designated dining room. Floors are tile. There is a built in bar to fill and drain it and cabinets to hold towels etc. I only want a 2 seater tub. Front door is a double. Ventilation window there. High vaulted ceilings. And it’s in Nevada where I have humidifiers in every room all year long.
I hope you answer. I’m looking at it tomorrow. Might buy it even if not a good idea, but like I said. It’s my dream. I’m old and don’t need a dining room. I have another area that will meet my needs.
Great Review , These are really things most people don't consider, My concern would be moisture, inside ... I have a section in my garage with a vented skylight that would be perfect! Thanks for taking the time .
Thanks for the dimensions for my portable hot tub. 🔥
Great Video!!!
Where's the links for the dehumidifier?
Enclosed garage room with 2 sliding doors and 2 windows is where im putting mine. Should i keep drop ceiling or take off and use the wood ceiling
Can i put an inflatable coleman hot tub outside in a camping tent? with window ventilations? that way I can have some privacy and screened in from bugs.
So about 45 plus years of chronic pain sometimes I need my hot tub 4 times in one day, unfortunately I placed mine inside 20 years ago, having problems now, trying to rectify also trying to put ice bath near by… Lol ❤
We installed ours in a finished basement on a commercial rug over concrete. The ladder for entrance/exit is also on an outdoor waterproof rug. Depth was a consideration, we were very limited. Ours is 31IN deep, which was squeezed through a 32IN doorway. We use a dehumidifier and ceiling fan full time, and a window fan during use to cut down humidity (our basement has four windows).
I’ve needed to replace my roof twice. I currently have no ceiling ventilation. What do you recommend?
Extractor fan big enough to vent the room
@@dariusparker894 Thank You!
You mentioned a dehumidifier for an unventilated area. What is the brand you were going to suggest?
Hi Julia. I really like this one on Amazon - amzn.to/3lKtq3Y
That link no longer works. Could you share the link again as well as the model name?
Question for the next video, I recently bought a brand new hot tub and put it on a deck, I’m not concerned about the decks ability to hold the weight (at least I pretend I’m not worried) my question is, does having a hot tub on a deck in a true cold winter force the hot tub the heat more often because there is open space under the hot tub for the cold air to flow underneath?
Hi Will. Great question! Yes is the short answer although it depends on how well insulated the underside of the tub is. But you could certainly use waterproof insulation panels and attach them to the underside of the deck (assuming it's high enough off the ground to crawl under.
But before I did that, I'd probably wait and see if either the electric bill goes way up or if the tub has a hard time holding temp.
Soft tub will fit and runs on 120 Pump heats the water
What about my basement? Cement flooring
Hummm... I put one in my Living room ... no Problems at all... I did all my self except for moving it inside... reinforced floor and all that bla bla bla... it was in for 5 years till the house burnt down from a chimney fire... so Just do it I say
I love the way that you have to explain to the average American that water is heavier than the inflatable hot tub shell
