This is our first building to feature both in internal hot tub and sauna in one space and after spending time in the peaceful setting all your stress must disappear. The building itself is 5.5m wide and 4m deep and has ample room for both items along with a table a chairs for an early morning coffee or an evening sundowner. Internally we changed the specification of the walls and flooring to be wet room ready. Externally this is finished in “Signal Grey” MTX cladding with could matching Aluminium windows and Tri-sliding doors that open both ways for the perfect garden interaction in both items. Permitted development rights were taken away. Living in England sounds so awesome lol

There are many reasons for PD to be removed, typically on new and small developments to avoid over development. That said planning did permit this building 😁👍

You generally change the water every 3-4 months and do this via a submersible pump and pipe 👍

Its not about what factors are on what him or her would like in one of your lovely design
Its about this one
I see lots of summer house on the net and every time someone asks how much a summer house is there always say what your saying (its all depends on what factors you would like) and there never just answer the question on what there see in the pic
