Part of me wants you to work under an institution as a professor, because frankly there are very few out there who can explain these topics the way you do
Thank you! You touched on all the terms I was looking for (monoclonal, polyclonal, chromogen, fluorescence, direct and indirect methods, Fab, Fc) lucidly, in a short period of time.
One of great lecture of urs. plz add a lecture on QC of immunological assays eg Elisa or IFlike PC,Nc, low control, high control calibrator , linearity and linearity range , low calibrator high calibrator with significance that will be very helpful
hello sir.. great lecture.. just one doubt.. we directly add antibody or antigen retrieval is necessary everytime under controlled pressure and temperature in the immuno wash before adding the primary antibody??? in short the necessity of antigen retrieval ??
Can u pls explain how these antibodys are diluted to particular ratio? There are some cases where we are adding 2 antibodies to a section. how is those antibodies mixed, their calculation and all......
Sir biopsy me adinocarcinoma aya. But IHC study kiya to bola tumor cell not performed. Iska matlab kiya hain? Ab kaise IHC hoga? Jo parafin block diya tha usme to tumor cell hai e nehi to kiya kare?
