I agree that the concept of this scent is really good. There was something about it though that I just didn’t like…like a musty bitter smell that I couldn’t get past. Cold, warmed, and burned smelled the same to me. After 3 burns I gave up and gave it away. I can’t hate-burn like some…I tried. To be fair, I also didn’t like BBW’s Cherry Blossom Pound Cake when I smelled it in store. Glad that you enjoyed most of it. Heard through the grapevine that BBW may be releasing a Cherry Almond candle. Hope it’s a good one, if they do.✌
I get what you’re saying! I almost wonder if I liked it more because the last several cherry candles I tried were so disappointing. I saw a picture of the cherry almond shortbread candle online! I bought the hand soap last year and realllllly liked it. I hope it’s the same scent!
I love this candle. It reminds me of cherry blossom soju But so much better and stronger.. That one leans shampoo to me. This smells more of an edible cherry and musky perfumey notes. I enjoy it a lot but not enough to need more than one. I cant speak to burn performance cause ive been warming lately but surprisingly my GC candles dont soot much. Idk what theyve been like lately of course but the past 2 years i didn't run into much soot.. knock on 🪵
Agreed 100. I’m still finding occasionally very sooty GC candles, but overall they have improved. I get the shampoo reference. In general it feels like something that could be body care. 💜🕯️💜

Do you have a candle crock or candle lamp? I put my candles in those when the candle starts to get frustrating.
I do have both and I don’t mind using them.. I still think candles should burn nicely until the end though lol 💜🕯️😀
