    1. dont mix with caffeine.
    2. drink water and set alarms to remember to eat. Modafinil will dehydrate you. dehydration can cause the head rush feeling.

That sounds like good advice. I don't have or intend to take anymore. Do you take it?

I do. If you have a plan or to-do list its amazing at the efficiency and focus it can give you. Without a plan i feel like a dog chasing my tail sometimes, hyper aware and interested in everything. Not to be taken ever day. Your 4 on 4 off sounds good.

I've only been on it 1 month but the amount of self betterment. ie. Books read, classes taken, thing that i habitually put off in general.. its amazing still learning how to focus this new drive and ambition. but so far, so good.

@@OmarAliYT. Due to staffing issues, i have recently been basically working double shifts for the past 3 months. Crazy swing shift. Doc recommended it for shiftwork disorder. Basically it was perscribed to take to stay up and alert, and helps regulate sleep during the day. The other stuff is a bonus side effect. I'd never heard of it and was skeptical of taking it. But have been pleased with results so far

Choline source like Alpha GPC or CDP Choline helps prevent headaches for me

Watched the whole thing. 😊. My Doc gave me Modafinil for energy. Ever since i got the 🦠 3 years ago ive had symptoms of fatigue, headaches, ringing in the ear. Symptoms have made me pretty much disabled. I tried modafinil hoping it would give me energy since many us it for Chronic fatigue syndrome but for me. It just made me tired. No the bad fatigue tired but i just felt calm and wanted to laydown. After telling my Doc this she gave me Armodafinil. She said its the same but stronger. I havent taken it yet. The modafinil i took was 50mg. I got the very bad headache on day two. I think i didnt drink enough water/ need to eat. Hopefully the armodafinil boosts my energy levels a bit. I also wouldnt mind that focus. Thanks again for this vid.

That's quite interesting, sorry to hear about the Fatigue issue. How would you describe it? Tired from the moment you wake up? Or tired e.g. After being awake for 8 hours? (In my limited experience drinking enough water is so so impactful) Thank you for viewing

i think your chronique fatigue may be stemming from some kind of imflamation in your gut or in your joints, check a few weeks without sugar and without gluten and lactose. then start introducing back again lactose, then sugars , then gluten and see when the fatigue came back.
also if u have an untreated joint enjury like lateral meniscus tear, make sure to treat it for it may be inflaming your body.
also check with any allergies you might be not aware of.
and lastly, fix your sleep by sleeping always in time in a dark room without noise and make sure to let sunrise sun wake you up instead of alarm, "never use alarms".

Noted, sounds like a good plan. What's your educational background or experience in this?

I think you do have symtoms of ADHD. You seem to be a bit all over the place and interrupting yourself alot 😅.
