Love how Al is resigned to getting the shit kicked out of him and is prepared but once he tells peg she’ll have to wash dishes she goes into survival mode. 😂😂😂😂
I remember this episode... they got a check from somewhere... the kids wanted to go to a concert and mom and dad wanted to go to a nice dinner. They forgot the check, so they sent the kids home for the money. The kids went to the concert instead. 😂😂😂
So, I guess you spend your day watching old black and white shows and tell everyone that the only good shows were made "back in the day" before you yell at the kids to get off your lawn and head to the early bird special. What you call "wokefulness" is simply a right-wing buzzword used by people who don't want accountability for their attitude and actions.
@@jdubhub68🤔Interesting. I like hearing from other perspectives counter to the more popular ones in a comment section. I never really watched this show myself back in the day but watching clips of it now scratches a cynical itch. I think that wokeness, like most ideals, is something that is fundamentally a sound idea (i.e. demanding accountability from the morally bankrupt) but can potentially go too far in practice (i.e. publicly condemning those who aren't perfect but may not truly be lacking in moral fiber). I think the point of the original comment was that this show, a cynical situational comedy, might be perceived by many people today as going too far with its humor but, in actuality, isn't truly malicious. Your counter to that comment seems to be that we shouldn't simply villainize the notion of wokeness in an attempt to excuse continued moral bankruptcy. I think the deciding factor is not whether "wokeness is evil" but whether we as a society would consider a show such as this one but made today to be so offensive that we cannot tolerate its existence. Personally, I say we should not condemn such a show. What do you say?
No one can ever beat this sitcom . 😅😅😅
Hilarious. I miss this show.

@@jacksmith152I think too much of a good thing can be bad for you. I agree with what you’re saying. There’s not enough balance
This is a good one. 😂I miss this show. 😢
I know they have to get everything in in 60 seconds but sometimes they cut out some of the best parts. But this was one absolutely hilarious episode.
It really is hard decision to cut off anything, especially since this scene is this hilarious. But, I encourage everyone to (re)watch full episode.
He sells new shoes for a living yet has disgusting smelly old shoes himself?
