薄扶林村鶴佬擂茶 - 菜茶 Pokfulam Village Hoklo Lui Cha - Choi Cha

「菜茶」是鶴佬⼈時節或喜慶時宴客⽤的。農曆正⽉⼗⼀⽇鶴佬竂的鶴佬⼈家會辦流⽔席菜茶，稱「燈茶」，由上年家中有男丁出⽣的⼈家請其他村民吃茶。
Choi Cha is a dish made for guests in Hoklo festivals. On the 11th day of the first lunar month, Hoklos in the village organize a feast of Choi Cha called Dang Cha. In the feast, families getting baby boys in the past year invite other villages to have Choi Cha.
