Great Job Saket! Very precise ! Your explanation shows the deep understanding of the topic. BTW, I think, you may add one more point of showing the 'Architectural Runway' graph that is shown in the big picture. And you may explain about what up/down represents that makes it little more comprehensive on the topic. Once again, great job and great efforts in putting this together.

I am still waiting for your response on whether Scaled agile is anything more that the product based planning of PRINCE2 and the blueprint of MSP.

As repoanded in your other comment. This vidoe is not meant for Prince 2 comparison and we do not have any intention to undermine any other framework . We just explain to our clients what is their in SAFe.

I would like you to inform your viewers and delegates of the source of the elements of SAFe, like Product Based Planning of PRINCE2 and the Blueprint of MSP, so that they can study the sources, for their in-depth learning of the subject, in order to enable them to apply it effectively. I am not criticising SAFe. I think it's a great collection of a few old methods, with new names and acronyms. SAFe is definitely worth learning. But, before learning SAFe, delegates must first learn PRINCE2 and MSP. They are the most incredible sources of knowledge for all agile project managers. They are not easy to learn properly and don't have the evangelical glitter and razzmatazz of SAFe. AgilePM is another sold knowledge for Agile delegates. PRINCE2, MSP & AgilePM are very subtle and solid methodologies, which I recommend all Agile practitioners to learn. They have no evangelical glitter or razzmatazz.
