      I have to agree. I struggled with understanding the big picture with my trainer who was incredibly dull. Your video helped me grasp it and was interesting and worthwhile to watch. Your explanation was sharper than Valyrian steel.

    This video was literally an answer to prayer. I am brand new to agile and when I saw the SAFe diagram I was instantly overwhelmed. I decided to sign up for the SA Certification to go deeper. Now that I have watched this video I feel so much more prepared, have so much confidence and I am excitement about completing the training in order to become an agilist! Thank you!!!

    Thank you so much, for this great video. I have to perpare myself for a customer project, but have no time to attend a course.
    When I saw the Big Picture the first time, I immediately closed the browser tab :) By watching this video, I learned, that it is very structured and clear and it helps me, to understand further information I find in the web a lot better.

After 16 hours of course work, about eight hours of study and 2 hours of watching videos, you summed up the whole thing in less than 30 minutes!!!!!!     I think SAFe is a needless over-complication of fundamental Agile devised for the express purpose of making money for its copyright owners. That said, I needed to know the terminology for job interviews and you have done a brilliant job with summarizing it - kudos and thanks! Very helpful indeed.

    Great and informative video, thank you! It gave me a solid understanding for my job interview. A small proposal for improvement - use the "laser pointer" functionality in powerpoint, so your mouse turns into a red point which is so much easier to follow than the white pointer. :)

      I wish I were your coach too C D! It's tough teaching the SAFe courses sometimes. They squeeze so much content into two days, that it becomes really hard to address real world questions, and the exercise timeboxes feel too tight. That's why it is really important to consider having a coach to help apply the complexities of what you learned after the class ends.

      Hi Alexander! Thanks for the kind words! Very nice of you to post! When it comes to SAFe, since it is a product of SAI, I can't share a whole lot in that space materials-wise. I do plan to create a lot more videos after I get through my current two libraries: Team Accelerators and Product Accelerators. I also will be releasing an app called Pocket Coach very soon and you may be able to get to assets using the app.
