    Great video.. how do we manage risk in SaFE?

    • @SatishKollaAgile
      @SatishKollaAgile  8 месяцев назад +1

      @priyankaagrawal8451, Risks are identified and managed continuously as per SAFe recommendations, before and during the PI Planning, and also throughout the execution.
      SAFe recommends following ROAM approach, which is explained below:
      Resolved - Any risk which is identified and taken care, which is no more a concern will be tagged as a Resolved risk.
      Owned - An Active Risk, someone within the ART, or outside, or a team has taken responsibility of getting it resolved.
      Accepted - No alternative approaches, if such risk happens, entire release might be at risk.
      Mitigated - Any alternative suggestions, thoughts can be taken care in case with the direction of stakeholders and business teams.

      @sanganbasavaraj123, there's no direct link to download 6.0. Only way to download the course guide is, to attend any of the certification course.
      Direct way to access the framework is www.scaledagileframework.com
      This way, can access and get the latest, and direct information from the framework.
