Great job on Telegraph Street. The backs look very good with all the extentions and out buildings. I like how you've painted and weathered them brilliant job cheers Andy

Only just found this channel. Watched this video and your Tesco build. I’m absolutely staggered! Don’t think I’ve ever seen such attention to detail and consummate modelling skills. ‘Impressive’ doesn’t even begin to describe it. Subbed…obviously!

Cheers Steve yes the roof detailing was a bit of a trial, quite pleased how they came out.

Hi Ben - fantastic house build - really captures the contrasting features each house has in real life. How's the Pendolino behaving itself. Running clips are brilliant and show off the layout. Take it you know N Brass is closing on the 29th of Feb ? Cheers Euan

Cheers Euan. Yes know n brass is closing as I bought a load of catenary from him a few months ago. Yeh was going to mention the Pendolino in the video, its running really well, it wont run on a bit of 3rd radius track I have though as the coach connections are too tight. Love getting it out of the box and putting the coaches on in the correct order. Hows yours? You said you replaced the wheels.

@@staffordstationngauge8359 yes - I bought a pile of stuff from the guy at N brass as well. My own Pendolino is running pretty well - it runs through the new trackwork without issue ( that's me tempting providence 😅)

That was absolutely fascinating how you built and put the terraced houses together in Telegraph Street. Your talent is amazing Ben as you make it look so easy especially bearing in mind it is N gauge. I am getting so many ideas about how I will go about building my houses.
Its the attention to detail on the track and especially off the track that makes your layout so good to watch. There's lots you have to do in areas that I have no idea how to go about, so it will be interesting to see how you do it. Don't stop the videoing the trackside sections as they are great to watch. 21 minutes goes far too quickly.
Did you ever do a video on making the platforms by any chance?
    Cheers Chris

Cheers Chris glad you are enjoying the videos, The builds are quite a chellenge and finishing them seems to take ages with glazing, chimneys and drainpipes and stuff like that. I dont think I did a video on the platforms, they are basically 9mm ply covered with plasticard, havent had too many issues with warping with this method,

I wonder if that smaller house was a replacement for a bombed house from the war or a replacement after a building fire back in history

Interesting point but I dont think so as it looks like its from the Georgian era.

Maybe a house fire or its an earlier build, as far as I know Stafford was only bombed once in an unsuccessful attack on English Electric who made tanks during the war!
