      @RCKnockout TYVM for your videos, I'm an OTR trucker and it's been nice to sit back and enjoy RC through your videos! BTW have you thought of getting a DJI drone to video the RCs? I think that would be cool, an RC filming an RC! Lol.
      Let me know if you've thought of this I will kick in some to help with your purchase for the great videos!

    I got a slash 2wd slider and put the new Castle Copperhead limited in it 3200kv. Cheap aluminum shocks from ebay that work just fine when you put in better fluid. 1/8 buggy wheels with hot racing 17mm hex adapter. Savox 7.4 high speed servo. Gens Ace 2s 130c. 32p gears 24/54 it jams and does not get hot.

    Hi, I'm 12 years old and I have a slash too. I am thinking about converting my slash into a monster slash and I watched other people's slashes and they kept the regular chassis. I want to get the LCG chassis so i don't flip over a lot and improve handling. Also I am going to put the ProLine Trenchers or the Traxxas Talon tires. So I just want your thoughts about it. Thanks.

    • @V8chump
      @V8chump 3 года назад +2

      I’d do the fuel line mod for the shocks then maybe widen the wheelbase and add the monster tires, heavier tires and a wider wheelbase should make it flip much less, sounds like a pretty cool build whichever way you choose!

    • @RCKnockout
      @RCKnockout  3 года назад +1

      I would think that having the lcg chassis would help keep the center of gravity lower but then you’ll be sacrificing ground clearance. Comes down to what you want. I definitely recommend the Proline Trenchers

    • @RCKnockout
      @RCKnockout  3 года назад +1

      I would stop running it. It should go into a protection mode though. If it does it often you could gear it down

  • @V8chump
    @V8chump 3 года назад +1

    You should sacrifice a slash body to see if cutting strategic holes can prevent that parachute effect without having to cut half the body away 😅😂. Id imagine it’d definitely be better with jumps and speed runs with holes in the body
