The thing is, when I was a kid, I was a good(by good I mean good for someone who was taught by my father and nothing else) chess player. Even though I had little knowledge about opening theory, endgame theory, yet sometimes moves came to me intuitively. Now I cannot see the same moves even after knowing a little theory, which bugs me. I restarted chess during lockdown, since I had time. I had quit when I was 8 or so. Now due to school, college then a job, I hardly found time. What's bugging me is that how can an 8 y/o me player better than me now

I live in vizianagaram it's a city in Andhra Pradesh aj mene ek tournament khela me jeeta to nahi par mujhe ek achi feeling ayi me kabhi stage pe nahi gaya I played and I just won one match but I am happy thanks Sagar sir and samay Bhai ♥️♥️

At COB final Joel told something like "make your opponents do blunders" and I don't know how but I managed to implement it and reached 1150 to 1350 in no time. Sagar bhai please do continue this series by playing in play chess. It helps a lot in calculation and seeing tactics. In correspondence games, I analyse the position by playing moves in analysis mode and after confirming the advantage, I play those moves.

Sir, The calculation you have shown on 2:20 is a bit different from my calculation because, Bxh6, Nxe4, fxe4, Qh4+, Kf1, The queen can't take the bishop as the queen is defending it, but the black bishop can take.

Basically: Don’t use the engine to check your games, use the engine as an answer key to your post-game analysis to show things you missed. Otherwise you will not really think and therefore not really learn.
