Hi Falisha, so happy to see you mixing and Pouring. You take it easy. That is an unusual tray. They call that fake Croc skin, I think. That's cool inlay. So good to hear you happy and excited. That was a tricky 😳 coaster, round would be easier to the diameter. Your like me, I'm like a dog 🐕 with his bone 😏 I will not give up, even if it makes me crazy. I'm not saying your crazy 😜.... if you mark to at your matching point. Well done for getting it. The peachy gold is pretty. Can't wait for how it turns out. Glad to see you happy 😊, I think that's what we want to feel most days if not all of them. Well done, don't let fibro beat you down. Catch it by the scruff of the neck and kick it out the door 🚪. Have a great day. Take care .

I don't know if you've learned this yet but.... if you have already made a project from that mold then you can take that finished piece and put it on top of your inlay for a more perfect fit. Because that gives the inside measurements!
Or you could've laid wax paper, tissue paper, etc inside the mold and mark it that way.
Great job!! You chose a hard shape for your first inlay!!
