Jesus loves you❤️ and He wants you to have eternal life,do you want to be saved?
      Here's how to be saved:
1.The bad news:we are sinners and because of our sin we are separated from God and deserve punishment in hell because of our sins
We are sinners in need of a Savior
(Romans 3:23"): “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”)
2.The good news:Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins,He was buried & rose from the dead to give you eternal life through Him.Jesus took away our punishment for sin and bridged the gap between humans and God.Jesus is the only way, truth and life no one goes to the Father except through Him.
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in[a] Christ Jesus our Lord.”
1 corinthians 15:3-4For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,
      3.How can you be saved?
You are saved by the grace of God through faith alone in Jesus and not of your own (good) works, acts 16:31Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved. Cast yourself upon Him. Trust in His blood that He shed on the cross for your forgiveness of sins and His resurrection which has the power to remove your sins and to replace them with the perfect righteousness of Christ.
John 3:16:God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Romans 10:9: “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”
Romans 10:10 “For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.”
Romans 10:13 “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lords will be saved
Put your faith and trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior and *repent* of your sins(no longer living for yourself or what the flesh desires or for worldly things but now live for Christ through the Holy Spirit)

This is so true though. If I were a personal trainer, the first week I'd just tell them to go to the gym and just sit there. Just show up. Make every session feel easy. And even with improvement, up the intensity to a stage where it still feels easy. I feel like too many times people want to go hard, but then they burn out just as quick. You just need to get lost in the process, just show up rain or shine, dont look at the destination. You'll get there naturally without even realising it.

That bit about commitment is so important.
If you're feeling that you might halfheartedly go about something, don't even do it. Unless you just want to "dip your toes in the water", if you wake up and thing "eh, I might do it today", you're going to give up faster than expected, and waste all your time. It's okay to not want to do everything possible, and it's okay to want to try new things. But in the long term, be sure you'll do it, or don't do it at all.

This is sooooo true! I had been big for years and was thinking about losing weight but never actually had the will or commitment to do it. But one day i was like "It's time to actually get working on this" from this day onward i made a schedule what to do EVERYDAY to work on losing weight and i kept it. No more "I'll do it on Monday" or "Why not skip it today i'll do it eventually" and it truly worked. Ever since that day i kept my consistency and it resulted in me losing 79 pounds.

I gotta disagree. There are so many things I don't do because I don't have the energy to do them as well as I could. However, a lot of things are better done poorly than not at all. Going on a 1 mile run rather than your usual 2 is better than 0. This doesn't apply to everything but I just thought I'd share my perspective.

@WesleyCruver oh sure, one or two instances of half-measures every so often is fine. In fact, consistent half measures are fine. But if you go "eh, I'm probably gonna be a runner" and do it 3 times then never again, that'll do nothing for you but waste your time. It's okay to slouch as long as it's a rare once-off. I'm saying don't get the ball rolling for real if you aren't actually willing to keep it spinning.
