Enjoyed the video Fabian. Been up to Varanger twice for bird photography in the summer so it was nice to see some familar sights 😊. Weather is always a struggle up there...amd if the sun appears...so does the heat haze. Thanks for bringing back some happy memories.

I've learned to temper my expectations and take what nature provides. Many times lately, I've had extremely awesome encounters with raptors and sea birds, but the light was horrible. I've got plenty of great harrier pictures with perfect poses, but against a gray sky and water birds against gray water.
