The achievement from Infra couldve been in an Easter Egg video instead of hidden details! "A Bad Case of the Mondays" is 1000% a reference to the 1999 film Office Space!
In the game Stray, when you're in the Midtown chapter there is a companion at a bar in the alleyway that is a reference to Skyrim. He says a variation of the "arrow to the knee" line. Another cool detail in Stray is when the character Doc describes his invention. He describes it needing "1.21 Gigowatts", which is a reference to Back to the Future. Finally, the library in the slums has stacks of books that you can jump on and knock over, the books have a bunch of very funny titles.

Not sure if you covered it, but in Spider-man 2, during the Kraven Boss Fight as Venom, after he cuts off his tongue, you can still see it wriggling around on the ground during the fight

ah, a great achievement to choose from infra. Still think that game has so much potential for this and the easter egg series! One easter egg that is earlier on that i could suggest is the teddy bear hidden under the sawmill around hammer valley

In Bioshock Infinite, once you get to comstock house, there is a shower room with bathtubs. In one of them there are candles and when you activate the bathtub the candles go out.
Had a chance to talk to the voice actor for the farmer ages ago in an Xbox party, was a super chill and down to earth guy

Definitely sounds like the same guy but the mic must've did a lot of the work for him, wasn't nearly as crisp in the party@@CaptainEggcellent

In Helldivers 2 if you go near the ship management area there's a sticker with text on the wall about a manual door lock release. If you angle right you can read the text thats just filler text to make it look like actual instructions. Also near the area that has the red "Under construction" on the wall is also a bit of text about accident reports. Few of them mention teleportation accidents

In the map "Oregon" from Rainbow Six there is the phrase "Remember Us" written on a table, it is kinda implied its a reference to FFXIV Shadowbringers antagonist "Emet-Selch" last words.
I just recently played clone drone in the danger zone and it's a really fun and good game so.... no complains from me when you include it!
i wonder how they even do that FishTank trick. Those are old game and programming something like that should not be easy task right? Yet we see it here and there and its for sure more complex in such old titles that Have entire Window shatter in one giant piece instead of some Bullet hole detecting, more realistic, manner

6:13 There is slightly different dialogue if max isn’t around where he just growls at the player. Makes me think the only reason he breaks down was to get max to do something.

Another video game detail in COD: MW remastered. In the campaign mission all ghillied up. Cpt. MacMillan will open the door to the church either quietly or kicking it down depending on whether you have been spotted or not. Small touch but something I saw yesterday.

Something cool to me about the leaking fish tank detail is that they didn't need to put a fish tank there at all, much less give it unique situational details.
Hiveswap Act 1 is full of text specifically for trying to use random objects on other objects. Try using any object on any bit of scenery & the game will usually have something to say about it.
Scribblenauts games can get pretty dark. Like if you put a baby near a dingo. Or if you abuse adjectives like "cannibalistic", "fertile", "pregnant", & "attractive". Guess what happens if you make a fertile cannibalistic pregnant woman. Or man. Or kid. You can make anything pregnant, cannibalistic, fertile, or attractive. Even inanimate objects.
As for cool details, if you make an arcade game in Super Scribblenauts, you can actually play it. If forget whether that works in Scribblenauts Unlimited or not. Also, you can make a time machine & it'll actually take you to one of a few random places that each take place at a different point in time & have objects in them so you can take them with you or just make a mental note of them in case you wanna recreate them later.
not sure if im crazy or not but the farmer could be a reference to Danny St. John from Telltales The Walking Dead, he is killed with a pitchfork to the stomach, and assisted in cutting off Marks legs, he also looks a bit like him
In Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus if you smash a vase over Rip's face at the beginning of the game, when you see him later on he has a scar from when you hit him. If you don't smash the vase on his face, then there is no scar. I don't know if you've covered this before or not.
Does it count as a secret achievement if it's listed openly but the info is intentionally vague? Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion: HD Renovation's Karamari Hospital DLC has an achievement called Backseat Gamer. The description is "You're doing it wrong, give me the controller!". The icon is a human hand & a monster hand fighting over a GBA & tearing it in half.
You get it if you return to the morgue while being chased by a monster, pick up the handheld game on the table, & start playing it, getting yourself killed in the process.
When the farmer says "idiot" doesn't it sound like Dwight from the office?? Cause he's a farmer as well
Bioshock 1 has a cool secret achievement. In Fort Frolic, Sander Cohen makes you kill people, take photos of their corpses, & put them on his "masterpiece". After you finish, he shows up to see it & reward you. If you use this chance to kill him & take a photo of his corpse, you get the Irony achievement.
I hope you can cover Iron Marines, its made by the same dudes who made Kingdom Rush and Junkworld with lots of easter eggs/references.

Kind of terrifying seeing you lethally taking care of the enemy in Splinter Cell.
I'd actually rather see more Clone Drone than more bloody Titanic/IT/BttF/Breaking Bad stuff in video games. Would be a bloody miracle to see references on The Hunt for Red October (both book and movie)/DC Animated Universe Joker/Steins;Gate/Better Call Saul instead nowadays, game devs.
Gotta love the old LucasArts games, their humor, and the voice acting. Small wonder why people criticized the otherwise still good Telltale Sam & Max games for not bringing back Hit the Road's VAs.
I still prefer playing CE Anniversary on the Classic graphics. Just addin' this.

In blood and bacon, there are secret graffiti suns around the map, one is in the barn above the door, under the porch in the building across the barn and one in the fallen down silo, these cause the sky to change colors and the farmer to sing parts of “Stressed Out” by 21 Pilots

Alan wake 2 easter egg or detail:during intiation late night chapter if you go to warlin doors room you can find a book which was by a person called dr casper darling which is a character from control the developers that made alan wake 2 and other games

Not sure if anyone else has found it but on chivalry 2 on the map the desecration of gal Court when you're defending the church on Blue Team you can go in the confessionals and if you look at the window you can actually use it and a guy on the other side will start talking to you at one point he starts doing something with a goat😂
