Dude needs to get some testosterone therapy, his testosterone to estrogen ratio is too close, every man has a very very tiny amount of estrogen naturally in them, just how females have the testosterone in them, very tiny amount naturally.. but this dudes testosterone is borderline 1:1 ratio with estrogen that his voice even is real feminine sounding.
