I know first hand the fear of living with a family member with mental issues. My only brother tried to kill me on several occasions. He stabbed me in the left eye tearing the conjunctiver resulted in the liquid running out of the eye. It was God's mercy and the doctor immediate action I did not lose the eye. I knew he did not know what he was doing so I got help for him. He met an accident at his work place . A steel plate fell from a two storey building burst the helmet he was wearing which resulted in blood clot on the brain. This happened in 1969 when he was employed by Alcan bauxite company as a welder. Whenever he got violent they would admit him at Bellevue hospital. He was in and out of hospital until they decided not to send him home. Mentally ill people always or most times attack family members. Because of their mental state they have no control of their activities. I pray this lady will get some help.
I feel for this mother I pray to God on her behalf and I beg the relevant authorities plz assist her before God forbid something tragic happens... The family living or having to deal with their mentally ill family member / members it's not easy and they live in fear each day also the community members too often family members/ community members loose their lives tragically because of these persons ... it's very scary for the general public ...some plans need to be put in place and there are families I know who would be glad to contribute on their behalf once they are at a place where help is given along with their medication... Having them on the loose is putting people's life on the line
We need a facility in each parish to assist persons grappling with mental illness. I have heard so many persons calling Nationwide Radio to assist them in getting help for their loved ones who have mental issues. The government needs to step up.
This story is so sad, I feel it for the mother having to be going through all that her age. Is there no family member that can help her. This is a big factor he's not keeping up with the medication he's not taking them by routine also if he drinks alcohol smoking marijuana and eating certain fruits while taking those antipsychotic medication it's is going to be a problem he has to eat food to take those meds and drink lots of water because taking those drugs can give him constipation plus they comes with side effects this sounds like schizophrenic for real , it is I hope he recover from his sickness this type of sickness can make them very suicidal because of the voices that telling them what to do, mama stay strong she must go to the Mpp office and make them aware of the situation she is too old to take on such a heavy task plus she needs help herself she will get help God bless this is sad 🤧.

So sad to hear this dear woman and her son struggling this way. When I read the title that the son came in like a roaring lion God says the devil roams around like a roaring lion. Her son is NOT the devil but the devil has him in bondage and he needs to be made free. This is what jesus came for, to die for our sins and make us free from our sins and demonic bondage. As for the son being in and out of wards and using medication to deal with the demonic spirits tormenting his mind and his life it won't help. Medication may only surpresses the symptoms but its not dealing with the root of the issue of how the enemy came into her sons life. Those demons need to be uprooted and casted out of his life so that the sons life can be restored back to him the way God intended. Bless this woman a mother will always be a mother to the end, I believe that all public servants need training on how to handle a person with mental health issues. The police should of been accompanied with a social worker for adults with mental health and a mental health nurse to give assistant.
It's not him. It's his condition. He needs to be in a mental health facility where he can receive proper medication and treatment. They did not have a discharge plan with his mother to see if she's able to care for him. Mental health is very serious.
