Ya know when it was just small like rebel houses or small military positions i could understand having so few guards in far cry, but thats a proper military outpost with a chopper landing pad and AA gun. 6 people is ridiculously understaffed lmao
Yep. I hoped that with introduction of nemesis system by Shadow of Mordor that would start changing in games, but instead the idea itself was apparently copyrighted all the way back to hell and forgotten.
How is it connected to Far Cry? Make those 6 guys officers. So that stealthy player would just need to behead the leadership for the common soldiers in outpost to give up and even run away without fighting. And give officers various ways to call reinforcements and influence soldiers depending on their own ranks. Thus some will always have bodyguards, some impossible to sneak upon, some will prevent soldiers from breaking morale and running away, some will call in helicopter support without alarm, some will increase equipment and training ie level of soldiers, some will make outpost start as alert, some will command from inside a tank and so on.
