AC IV: Black Flag, the sequence where you steal the Jackdaw from the Spanish fleet in the middle of a hurricane. It's not exactly long or difficult but it's so cinematic & so satisfying. One of my all-time favs.

I mean, this game has so many iconic quests and questlines (the Isle of mist, the man with the black pearl, the different questlines to determine the ruler of Skellige, the Carnal Sins quest with the serial killer, the whole Bloody Baron questline, and so many others) though I truly believe the wedding scene from Hearts of Stone can rival any from this top 10 just for the pure creativity and sheer brilliance of the writing.

Realizing that Gaunter was with you during the whole main game. Learning who or what Gaunter O’ Dimm was. "Horizon Zero Dawn: The Heart of the Nora." For all of us who wonder what our purpose in life may be, Aloy gets a clear and distinct answer. Her emotional state of that revelation, and then to become "The Anointed" after being shunned her entire life is powerful stuff. You're awoken by locals banging on your door and what comes next is a scary intense sequence of barricading doors, run, jumping out windows, running while avoiding getting shot through windows and corridors. It's so intense, scary, the music the sounds the shouting and the fact your character panics, gets blurred vision as he becomes more panicked. KnightFall from the original BattleFront 2 is just so amazing. Getting to experience order 66 from the clones perspective was so awesome. Also the intro narration is incredible.

That Titanfall mission with time travel- Dishonored 2 also did something similar with the 'A crack in the slab' mission. What Arkane did with that mission was very creative and one of the coolest missions of the game.
