Easiest beginner loaf with Sourdough and FMF

    Seeded Rye Bread
    500 grams rye
    400 - 450 grams lukewarm water (start with 400 grams)
    150 grams sourdough starter
    10 grams salt
    1 cup seed/nut combo soaked for at least one hour. Drain
    1 Tbsp Molasses
    Mix let sit until doubles.
    Put in buttered 9 x 5 loaf pan. Press mix of seeds on to the top. Let rise. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until done to 200 degrees internal temp. Around 45-60 minutes.

    This is one of my favorite breads. I think I’ll try adding some dried fruit next time.

    Looks wonderful! I love rye! Do you have a recipe you use that uses yeast vs. starter? Trying to perfect my rye bread. Thank you for all you do.🥰

      Because this recipe is pretty easy, what I would do is replace the starter with 2 tsp of yeast. I wouldn't add more flour, but you might need a tad more water. But, start with 400-425 grams water. Add a little more if you think you need it. Honestly, you almost can't screw this up! If you try it, let me know how it works.
