that horse head instrument is called morin khuur ( horse head fiddle) . next like a guitar instrument is called tovshuur( mongolian traditional guitar ) .
Their singing style is called karkyraa and khoomei( mongolian throat singing)
The hu said they are created new genre then they called that Hunnu rock . And about the name . In mongolian

The morin khuur, or the horsehead fiddle, is a traditional Mongolian bowed string instrument. It is one of the most important musical instruments of the Mongol people, and is considered a symbol of the Mongolian nation. Kids there play it the way North American kids play the guitar. There are regional variations in construction but it is considered that the best are made with the hair from your own horse and the most skilled players can make it neigh like a horse. The Hu is currently on tour in Europe.

The instrument that looks like a guitar is called a tovshuur...made to look like a bow and arrow. It's normally a 2 string instrument like the fiddles the other two guys play.

Another tribal band is called Alien Weaponry... started by then 10 and 8 year old brothers from waipu new Zealand. Please do a reaction video to Kai Tangata (means eat people)... also ru ana te whenua (earth shakes)... it's about their great great great grandfather who lost his life in that battle...
Alien Weaponry is awesome. There is an excellent video series on RUclips talking about how they got started and the importance of their Maori culture in their daily lives and to their music.
