Thank you thank you!
im a little too distracted to watch, but im commenting for the algorithm. this is a well made video
@@JaPandaViYT appreciate the support!
glad to be here before this video and channel blows the f up.
To contribute to the matter, Ive felt this since I was about 5 playing Medal of Honor Allied Assault. the very first mission, when your unit gets killed and you kill all your enemies before entering the next stage, its just..empty.
Then I felt it around the age of 8 playing Jedi Knight Jedi Academy, using cheats and mods allowing me to travel out of maps and making me realize these are just boxes and not, liek, actual world.
However the game that does that to me the most is Team Fortress 2. I have nearly 2000 hours on it over the 12 years and as community servers mostly died, walking around these maps with no players just feels so, so wrong.
Much appreciated
tried to elaborate. Watchng rn, before noticing other comments I tjougjt this is another of large video essay channel i mustve missed. @@EPStudios
@@someoneelse7971 I also appreciate your own contribution! I’ve always thought the weird feeling of exploring out of bounds areas and empty virtual maps to be one I cannot replicate in any other place. Super interesting to me and I want to elaborate on it further at some point!
Not only this video is really well made, but I genuielly feel hooked watching it. Keep diving into this kinds of topics my friend, you are doing an excellent job!
Appreciated! Will keep it rolling.
Awesome script and narration! Loved the content. Keep it up bro!
Thanks! Will do!
Sick vid. I'll be honest, the thumbnail with mario and bold text doesn't convey the idea of liminal spaces that well, and come off slightly mismatched or underbaked, but other than that it's a great video dude.
Noted, thank you!
Yeah the quality difference between the thumbnail and actual video is honestly crazy, I almost didn’t click it
@@Webstahnoted! Any feedback on it specifically.
@@EPStudiosMario just really doesn’t look like he’s in the liminal space of the thumbnail he’s looks more like a sticker if that makes sense? And on mobile the black figure can’t really be made out and feels kinda cramped
@@WebstahI appreciate the feedback and will consider changes. Thank you again!
I looked it up and WOrld's shut down last month with the last of the servers going offline recently. It's the end of an era.
Glad to have played it then. Sad to hear.
good vid bro
Appreciate it!
coolest bf ever :3
if your pfp is you, you look like jenna ortega
@@kelsibuch. i am very flattered but i don’t see it 😔
You should def change your intro. It is ear gratingly bad, loud, and obtrusive for almost no reason.
Rest of the vid was good though.
Will work on it, thank you!
@@EPStudios No prob, m8. Keep up the good work. Can't wait to see more of your vids.
