I highly recommend this video for younger officials to improve.

No belt is the first don't? Damn, I wish they'd told me that first before I bought pants! I'm so old I've always thought sans-a-belt slacks were a joke. Thanks for the heads up.

How do officials help others that call to many fouls

IRONY: 2:20 and then at 2:37 that information is almost certainly wrong. 8-10% BF is outstanding and telling someone to loose 20 lb when they are already tremendously fit and it would likely be unhealthy or harmful to loose. If a 200 lb male was had 10% BF and was told to loose 20 lb, that would mean loosing 10% of their mass! Come on!🤷🏼‍♂️ Now if he is implying Top D1 and/or NBA, then that is a professional athlete and even still 8-10% BF is top level fitness.

I think you are right. 10% BF is elite leanness. But let's not let it distract from the overall point that Scott is making here. Fitness is important.

@@BetterOfficials I agree and I appreciate your acknowledgment.
IMO you lose credibility when you make exaggerated claims or errors. I can expect that anyone who has achieved that level of fitness appreciates the dangers poise by suggesting even greater loss of BF.

Disagree with the 'don't be a black line' guy. Takes 2 seconds and clarifies for the visiting team. Rarely do you have single-use courts anymore.
