I played high school ball in the late 70s with a coach much like Coach Knight. Some folks were very critical of him but 99& of his players still love him today and appreciated that he cared. Watching these drills remind me of a lot of great memories.
Bob Knight may have choked a player, aggressively coached, and threw that chair. I still think it's because he cared so much. Too much frankly lol. He is a legendary teacher of the game.

Drill would be better if whoever wasn’t boxing out actually tried for position would make it very competitive
