And now this interview! I almost DONT believe it, because he had me SOLD he was from the US!

What would happen if Matthew Rhys, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, and Jonathan Rhys Davies met. Would the universe explode? I love this show. Best on TV in my opinion. I was shocked but not surprised that Matthew Rhys is not American, but Welsh. That shows how good his accent is. I can usually tell hone an actor playing American is not. Seems like there are no male American leads in American male roles.

As an American, it kinda embarrasses me how easy it seems for other actors to do an American accent so convincingly. Perhaps it's not easy, they just all make it seem so easy because of their talent but it seems as if very few American actors do good overseas accents in comparison.
Denise Noles Yes. It ruins the character. TV shows are immersive. You get used to how a character sounds and all their nuances. When I see the actor I've watched for 4 season speaking with such a corny accent it ruins my concept of the character.
