We’re looking more at Knoxville because of the whole tornado thing and because we have cousins in Lexington that have a beautiful cabin in Gatlinburg. I also noticed the Pico Rivera pic next to your bed...I used to work at the Sheriff’s Station. I grew up in Carson, but we live in Palos Verdes now. @@DaisyValdivia It just seems like there’s no going back to the place that so many of us loved. Our kids are just being exposed to so many negative and confusing messages in school too. Zach’s going to be starting grad school at Biola University in La Mirada to become a middle school science teacher. I’m really concerned that it is going to be a real challenge to not compromise when it comes to Biblical truths and what the world wants to call “science”. I’m sure it would be a lot easier to not have so many conflicting “facts” if he became a teacher in Tennessee. P.S. Your bird dissecting story, not so weird btw! ;)
Yesss I love the premade pulled pork. Although we are extremely spoiled and some of our friends regularly smoke their own pulled pork and share with us. The best when that happens! My favorite fridge pack like that is carnitas from Aldi. I just cut up some limes, white onion, cilantro, and serve it on a corn tortilla with feta or queso fresco
