The elephant that's near the child is being fed something. You can see he is eating from the same position everytime. I think there is a handler or keeper standing behind the left front leg and controlling him.
Question : an elephant is one of the smartest animals , and kindest ones , is it real that when they move it in a plane they put Chicks with him so he won't move , bc he's scared of hurting them 🤔 , if it's real, than I am in love with elephants
I have never heard that before?! More likely the elephant would be scared of it rather than scared to hurt it... but I really HOPE its not true that they do that! :D
Lyna Achache when ever we move elephants (in a truck, a rescue trailer or a plane) we mostly give them a mild sedative/standing sedation and move them with the keepers that they have the closest relationship with and then a nice milk bottle at stops/at the end!
Question 2 : is the Testosterone and the protection of ther babies the main reasons why elephants behave aggressively ? Hope u answer me , love you !💙💙
Yes they are the main reasons, protective mothers is a big one (as with many species!) testosterone (especially when it peaks when males go into their period of musth) and thirdly when they come from a disturbed area (i.e. there has been a lot of hunting or poaching) which is true in the Kafue National Park. Thanks for the questions!! :)
@@DiaryofaTentwife thank u ! Than we can consider the females as the most gentle ones and the ones that can behave calmly in front of human (except for mothers)
@@DiaryofaTentwife wow , that would be so scary , I imagine the size of an angry elephant and it makes me scared , I saw lions get scared bc of a crazy mother ob national geographic

Perhaps, I can't see anyone personally but that does not mean they aren't there...

Lyna Achache it really varies with population. In the Kafue the bulls are much more chilled than the angry mothers!😂
