Then we had to do manual labor from 2pm-5pm. I was in the best shape of my life. Ellen White was the original intermittent faster. Why? Because God showed her!!!

You have a gift of connecting current scientific evidence on health with the SOP I’ve not heard quite like this before. Any one of us can RUclips TED talk’s on health; but joining the dots with our health message is another thing all together. Please keep it up; so we can retake our position as the head & not the tail. Looking forward to seeing you talk on exercise too. As sadly; just a broad view over the church militant; it looks a long way off is from being robust & healthy. Sadly; most are soft & seem to be metabolically compromised with insulin resistance. Also looking forward to talks on the gut brain connection/Microbiome & the sympathetic nervous system keeping the score. Blessings to you ❤
Yes marvelous presentation on God's greatness in the creation of the human body and all the intricacies concerning the various body systems. Sister Rise is very knowledgeable and even made me rethink my ways. I will now stop eating at 3pm and only eat 2 meals a day. I've been suffering from some gut issues and candida. Hoping they clear. I've also been taking some Italian seasoning which seems to help sometimes. I really need to work on temperance to heal.

Vegan life was ok for me, ended up eating too many carbs even though I was eating clean. I’m on keto now and my health is 💯 times better than a vegan plant based diet. I have insulin issues and too many carbs is a huge no for me. Anyway, I eat loads of veggies on a keto diet but I do intake animal protein and it’s very satiating. Never was satiated with a sole plant based diet.
