@Mike Flanagan So you recognize the 9th commandment, but not the 4th? The only one of the ten which the Lord God says to "remember"?
"For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all." James 2.10
"Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law." Romans 3.31

Now, speaking from a medical standpoint, there may be reasons to be cautious regarding a new vaccine that has been rushed into production and whose long-term medical effects are not yet known. Be aware that there will not be only one vaccine; but a number of different types made by different manufacturers. Some may be safer and more effective than others. Only time will show which ones are best.
Vaccination is a personal decision. However, it has saved many lives in the past. Vaccines for polio and tetanus, among other diseases, have done great work, and continue to save lives every year.
The question is not, "should you as an Adventist" take a vaccine, but rather, is this decision right for your health? Ask God to guide you so that you can feel comfortable in doing what's best for your body, so as to stay healthy and serve Him.

In Australia The Covid19 vaccine had HIV in it, so that vaccine would use AIDS to destroy a cold?
That's lousy science and no wonder as the origins of Vaccine science came out of Hinduism via Dr Jenner,
EGW warned The Church against Drugs use saying many died via them who might have lived if not used,
Vaccines are drugs, and the people who make them have no faith in them, that's why The Pharmaceutical company's struck deals with the Governments, they have immunity from charges only,
If they have no faith in them why should we?

It's about the Spirit of a thing, the flesh counts for nothing. People strain at a knat and allow the weighter things go unchecked. This was Jesus' complaint about the Pharisees of his day. If Christmas offends you, don't do it! But, please don't judge me! I love Christmas. 🎁🎄🎇 Some of my most precious 💓 memories are Christmas times with my family. Concerning baptism, remember the thief who was crucified at the same time as our Lord. "Then he said to Jesus, 'Remember me when you come into your power!' Jesus replied, 'I promise that today you will be with me in paradise.' Luke 23:42-43. Of course we must get Baptised. But, the Lord knows if it's not available at this time. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved. People are going back under the law, with man-made limitations. 😒🤔🧐 Whom the Son sets free is free indeed! Glory! Merry Christmas🎄🎁🕊️

Bible Box-- Actually, the idea that people will be lost because they couldn't be baptized is an old Roman Catholic belief. This is why the Catholic Church baptizes infants. It comes from a concept that baptism is a necessary ritual to gain God's acceptance.
Now, there are important reasons to be baptized, but earning our way to Heaven isn't one of them! We are baptized to follow Christ's example, and as a sign of our public commitment to Him. Whenever this is not possible, God totally accepts the commitment of the heart. He "baptizes" us with His Holy Spirit.
No pastor or church member is at fault for not carrying out baptism during a dangerous epidemic of disease. God accepts the commitment of each one, and loves them just as much. We only hope and pray that it will be possible to carry out the public commitment of baptism soon. In the meantime, there is no cause for fear or guilt.
God bless you as you study His word.

I have great respect for the work you do gentlemen, but I find it difficult to agree with the stance made on Christmas. Principle is good, but using the days of the week to suggest celebrating Christmas is OK, isn't holding right to me. It is seems a bit far fetched to say we live Sunday to Saturday names that are pagan in origin yes, but then say celebrating a pagan tradition full of lies is similar, when in reality it is something totally different. I pray we will be very careful what we encourage, especially when we are in positions of great influence. God bless!

I don't really like the whole christmas trees and people believing Jesus was born that day, but if we put away the pagan thinking of it I think the lights are nice to see this time of the year because its so dark all the time, gifts are great too it brings families and friends together and can help those in need. This time of year seems to be the hardest for many reasons and christmas can bring a warmth and love to the coldness of life, there is also much joy in giving, these are just my thoughts and opinions.

    • @colliscox481

@@Sydneysss Paganism aside it's always good to share and feel love, joy and the warmth from others no doubt. I just pray as Christians we hold to principle and don't wait to a particular time of the year to be Christlike. We should always be that way. In regards to lights, they are indeed pretty but what benefit are they to Christ and what He teaches, I think we must not lose focus, this is something the enemy is striving to do towards those who love Jesus Christ. As always God's blessings to one and all.

    • @56panheadff

@@colliscox481 I totally agree with both of your statements. I like these 'question and answer' segments because it really provides a time to get into the heads of these men that wish to preach the gospel. Problem is however, that some of the responses they provide causes me to wonder where they pull their information from. I don't subscribe to EGW for personal reasons and I feel that rather than reach back to a person like her I would rather look into historical events and then couple that with what the bible says. Anything short of that is "firing from the hip" and that is a dangerous position to have, especially when speaking of scripture and truth.
With that being said, I would like to respond to this person who asked the question; "Is celebrating Christmas a sin because of the pagan origins?" I'm rather surprised that Pastor Ross gave the response he did...You, a Pastor worrying about "cultural differences" when it comes to Christianity!
First and foremost, there is only ONE GOD, His Son and the Holy Spirit. It does not matter what your "cultural" feelings are! We are Christians and to worry ourselves about offending anyone for celebrating Christ Birth is absurd and does not speak highly of our faithfulness to Him. How many of us celebrate our own families birth, that of a friend, a neighbor and even the 4th of July; the Birth of our Nation...Yet we babble and argue over the day that Christ, the King of Kings, our Savior was born?
Before we run to conclusions on this particular day why don't we first look at where some of this malarkey came from...So, Mailin Teorey of St. Paul Minnesota, allow me to share with you the real reason why people argue over a day.
Some of the most charitable people I have ever met are 'Messianic believers' (a blend of Jewish and Christian faiths). So what I am about to say is not against them but against a radical group of people that are searching for anyone to entrap. Both Muslims and Judaizers (Christians who teach it is necessary to adopt Jewish customs) are incessant in affirming that if one observes Christmas and Easter, then that person is a Pagan, no different than the idol worshipers from Egypt or Babylon. You should understand that this is not a modern idea but one that goes way back!
One such group was the Athinganoi. They stressed that Saturday Sabbath should be observed rather than Sunday rest day, that Easter was a Pagan holiday, and that the icons of the Catholic Church were idols. Of course Messianic believers would champion this idea but when you dig deeper into their ideology you will find that they were a very dangerous cult! They believed the the Old Testament took precedents over the New, to the point the they denied the existence of Satan because, according to them, he was not mentioned in the books of the Prophets, and believed that Judas was "among the saved"
Why is this important? Because it is a trend that sinks deep into theology, which places the Jew over the 'Gentile;' that views the Trinity as Pagan; they see ALL OTHER Christians as inferior and calls Christianity a False Religion. Do we see that happening today? Yes, in over time!
It is this group of people that will fabricate and believe all sorts of False Historical Narratives that are fantastical at best! It is the same group of people that say that when Constantine came to power, he murdered millions of "original believers" forcing them to go underground, and that what they believed were not revived until within our lifetime. This lie that Constantine slaughtered believers and turned the Church into some hybrid Christianity/Paganism is one that parallels the Islamic view that states that all the original followers of Christ were Muslims who were forced to go underground by the Catholic Church and that the true teachings were not completely revived until Muhammad arrived on the scene. Interesting, both Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses have the same belief!
Two of the groups that use this theory the most: Muslims and Judaizers. They look upon anyone who celebrates Christmas and Easter as Pagan and tell you that prior to each of those seasons to impress upon you how "Pagan" they really are!
To put it bluntly, anyone who insists that we not celebrate Christmas is a cult. Anyone that argues that Jesus was not born on December but in October or September are nothing more than the followers of a cult. Luke 2:13-14, Luke 2:20, 2 Timothy 2:8, God has the heavens, the shepherds, the wisemen celebrating Jesus' birthday, including Paul who said "to remember" and celebrate Christs' birth.
of course the oldest reference proving Jesus was born on December 25th, is in the Apostolic Constitution, written down by the first generation followers of Jesus. It was written down from "reference by the FIRST Generation Followers of Christ". It pointed to Clement Romanus (70AD) the person mentioned by Paul in Philip. iv. 3, one of the most distinguished Roman Christians as primary source of the constitution which stated: "Brethren, observe the festival days; and first of all the birthday which you are to celebrate on the twenty-fifth of the ninth month" (The month of Kislev). The Hebrew calendar begins March-April in Nisan so its ninth months roughly comes to our 12 month, December!
Diocletian A.D. 244-311, Nicephorus wrote an ecclesiastical history where he reports Diocletian's destruction of a church on Christ birthday, filled with worshippers celebrating the Lord's Nativity": At Nicomedia (a city of Bethenia) when the festival of Christ's birth-day came, and a multitude of Christians in all ages had assembled together in the temple to celebrate the birth-day. Diocletian the tyrant, having gotten an advantageous occasion whereby he might accomplish his madness and fury, sent men thither to enclose the temple, and to set it on fire round about, and so consumed them all to ashes, even twenty thousand person." Ecc. Hist. 1.6"
Yes, "Virginia" there is a Christmas and that day lies on December 25th...As I have said before and will say over and over again, search before you decide what is fact and never, ever take anyones word for what you have been taught! Celebrate Christs birth with humility and celebrate it with zeal praising Christ on His day

Sorry brethren, I can't help but think what our founding prophetess would think watching some of the church leaders bowing their heads when beginning the discussion of God. What did the Lord say through EGW --
“Both in public and in private worship, it is our privilege to bow on our knees before the Lord when we offer our petitions to Him. Jesus, our example, “kneeled down, and prayed.” [Luke 22:41.] Of His disciples it is recorded that they, too, “kneeled down, and prayed.” [Acts 9:40; 20:36; 21:5.]
    Paul declared, “I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” [Ephesians 3:14.] In confessing before God the sins of Israel, Ezra knelt. [See Ezra 9:5.] Daniel “kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God.” [Daniel 6:10.] {Gospel Workers p.178.2}
"...as I beheld him standing upright upon his feet while his lips were about to open in prayer to God, my soul was stirred within me to give him an open rebuke. Calling him by name, I said, “Get down upon your knees.” This is the proper position always.” (Selected Messages, vol. 2, p.311)

What did God called you. Can you find the nation of white, black and so on in the bible. What did God called you. Looked up the table of nations in genesis 10 and genesis 25. These are the name of the nations According to God words. ellen g white is a false prophetess. She is the prophetess of molech. Your sda church is the daughter of Babylon. When the bible say come out of her my people it's only referring to the son of God through Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
      Revelation 18:4 KJV
For thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God: the Lord thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth. The Lord did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people: But because the Lord loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the Lord brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
      Deuteronomy 7:6‭-‬8 KJV
And he took up his parable, and said, Balak the king of Moab hath brought me from Aram, out of the mountains of the east, saying, Come, curse me Jacob, and come, defy Israel. Who can count the dust of Jacob, and the number of the fourth part of Israel? Let me die the death of the righteous, and let my last end be like his!

Pastor Doug-----at 25: 35-----------their eyes were restrained - not by God - but by their own discouragement and gloom , and they had not looked at Christ closely...DA 795 Also it was late in the day and were occupied by the mountainous road they were walking, so they were occupied with the terrain 25.50....So, there are times when we need to say - we don't know rather than attempt to offer an answer that sounds intelligent but is incorrect...it is the same idea as with Mary at the tomb - she thought she was talking to the Gardener but it was Christ - and why - her eyes were full of tears and did not look closely on His face..John 20.15

I have to disagree with your stance on christmas, the Bible tells us to keep the Holy Days defined in Leviticus 23, it doesn't say to celebrate Jesus' birth, my thinking as to why the Bible doesn't give us the specific date of His birth. In Paganism, the 25th is the birth and the celebration of Nimrod/Isis or the rebirth of the sun. In my mind, regardless how, if you celebrate the traditions, you are in reality celebrating paganism. All of the christmas traditions come from gaganism, so how you you not be participating in those rituals. the christmas celebrations was actually outlawed in early America. We can and should evangelize everyday of the year. That is like saying that it is ok to be in the Roman Catholic Church, bowing and praying to their saints which were actually Pagan gods and renamed to be brought in the church.

      i'm holding out to see if a theologian student in need of a research hypothesis would look into Jesus being born in october 22; due to its significance, that's the day i think He came into this world as a human baby;
hoping someone would end up looking into this;-)

I can't agree with the wobbling about Christmas. If we can clearly understand the importance of keeping the Sabbath even unto death, why can't people understand that Christmas has nothing to do with Jesus Christ? Just another worldly lie of Satan.
