You'll need 2.5 liters of soup:
~ 1 tbsp vegetable oil
~ 1 Tbsp lard or butter
1 onion
1 carrot
200-300 grams of any minced meat
3-4 potatoes, better to your taste
2 tbsp of sour cream, you don't need to add it.
~30g of hard cheese (the video says 50-70g, I am sure I was wrong about the gram
1 egg
1 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
bay leaf
herbs
