  • Indulge in a luxurious experience with the delicious and crunchy combination of Pistachios, Belgian Chocolate and Knafeh (Kunafa) Pistachio Milk Chocolate Bar Inspired By The Viral Dubai Chocolate Bar - Pistachio Chocolate Slab Fix Dessert Chocolatier
    Ingredients :-
    1 Packet of Kunafah (I used half a packet)
    Milk Chocolate :- I used 3 medium bars
    White Chocolate :- I used 3 medium bars
    100 grams of Butter
    8-10 Tablespoons of Pistachio Cream
    5-6 Tablespoons of Tahini
    Method of preparing :-
    Melt your chocolate
    Melt your butter in a saucepan or wok
    Slice the kunafah using a knife
    Add the kunafah into the butter and roast until golden brown
    Once golden brown then empty the contents into a large bowl
    Now add the tahini and pistachio cream and mix together
    Using a silicone mould add a few drops of chocolate and pop in fridge for 5 minutes until the chocolate has hardened
    Now take out of fridge and pour on top 1/2 cm of chocolate and pop back in fridge for 20 mins
    If you use white chocolate for drops then use milk chocolate to pour and then vice versa
    Now take the moulds out of fridge and now layer the kunafah on top of hardened chocolate 1-2 cm
    Then pour another layer of chocolate on top of the kunafah
    Now pop in the fridge for a couple of hours to set
    Once set remove from the silicone mould and serve
    Wow wow wow that’s all I can say

      Each to there own preference , you can easily go thinner or thicker when you make your own 😊
