Welcome to my 2025 Pilates reformer workout program! I'm releasing 10 days of comprehensive Pilates reformer workouts for all levels. And I really mean for ALL levels -- whether you're brand new to Pilates reformer or are an advanced Pilates practitioner, this reformer workout challenge offers modifications to tailor these sessions to ANY level of Pilates experience and is built to grow with you over time (think excellent replay value...).
DAY 3 includes Pilates reformer exercises for legs and glutes. No props are necessary. Variations are available for every level.

@melanielopezpilates Hoping to continue with day 5 in the morning. Lungs are not cooperating. This is the 7th week of this. Had to visit the doctor again and now have an inhaler. 🤞🏻

Thank you! I’m impressed that you did three in one day! I recorded days 1-3 in one day and I remember exactly how tired I was afterwards, so good on you! haha
Thanks again, missed day 1 but will do at end. My weakish shoulders and upper arms struggled more with the supporting roles than my glutes and legs.
That can absolutely happen. Sometimes certain positions can reveal opportunities for strengthening or stabilization in areas that we're not expecting -- IMO, that can be helpful information to have about yourself 🩵
I felt the same about my shoulders Carol! But we made it through, and per Melanie, we have more info now!

In Utah we've had a lot of rain, usually in the valley it's snow, but at least the mountains are getting lots of snow, living in a desert I am grateful for all we can get, just wish it was snow!

In the last month of summer. We have had a terrible summer but today has been warm and it’s a bit muggy right now here in NZ.
