I have seen a few differences like my flexibility improving or less muscle soreness, but not in my height (i’ve been doing it for about 3 weeks) i think this isn’t made for improving height but hinafit has a stretching routine that targets that area
guys this actually works!! before i started i was: 166.5cm i did this for almost a month and a half (missing a few odd days in between😅) but now im actually 170cm tall! as well as my height, my legs and upper body has slimmed more than i used to be :) really recommend!!❤
@@my.eeunoia no, i wasn't on a diet, but i usually dont eat a lot of unhealthy food anyway. i honestly love food tho, which is why i usually have 4 meals everyday, but i think it helps that i drink at least 2.5 llitres of water everyday to wash it all down. hope this helps :))

I have seen a few differences like my flexibility improving or less muscle soreness, but not in my height (i’ve been doing it for about 3 weeks) i think this isn’t made for improving height but hinafit has a stretching routine that targets that area

but now im actually 170cm tall!
as well as my height, my legs and upper body has slimmed more than i used to be :)

@@my.eeunoia no, i wasn't on a diet, but i usually dont eat a lot of unhealthy food anyway.
i honestly love food tho, which is why i usually have 4 meals everyday, but i think it helps that i drink at least 2.5 llitres of water everyday to wash it all down.
