I'll try my best to keep updating (I'm 16 yrs old, 5'1.7 ft, I don't really exercise so I'm trying to change my lifestyle)
Day 1: I did this for two times, I drank water before exercising, Empty stomach, The hip flex makes me lose balance xd, but this is the first exercise that I see a bit difference in my thighs, I lose a bit fat, I did only the first 10 exercise

Day 3 : ✅ did a few stretches wrong
I think it’s been almost 2 weeks or more than 2 weeks and I already feel more flexible.

Im not fe ible, so it hurts pretty much, but im still going to do it, every morning and nigth (before a exercise routine) so i can keep it. I would take my breaks if i cannot do more.

As a beginner
3 times in a week is super good for beginners,but it doesn't matter just do however you want🫶🏻
