I’m going to an IVES concert in 28 days so I will do this every day in the morning with an arm workout + diet and measure my results !!!

Results ->okay so I've been doing this everyday, I love it so much I'm much more flexible and my legs and arms gave slimmed down :). Do give this stretch a try! ( I also grew 167cm->169cm!!)

I'll try my best to keep updating (I'm 16 yrs old, 5'1.7 ft, I don't really exercise so I'm trying to change my lifestyle)
Day 1: I did this for two times, I drank water before exercising, Empty stomach, The hip flex makes me lose balance xd, but this is the first exercise that I see a bit difference in my thighs, I lose a bit fat, I did only the first 10 exercise
Day 2 bruh i got menstrual cramps so i didn't got the time to do the exercise
Day 3 I did half of the exercise, I'm getting used to it but 5th exercise is still painful ahhh, My aunt noticed that I increased some weight, Idk if its because of this
Day 4 My thighs look a bit slimmer
Day 5 till no. 5 exercise only, i noticed my thighs lose a bit
Day 6 no time
Day 7 they said i increased height
Day 8 no time
Remember this is a stretch- not the actual workout xx

When should I exercise, before or after this video?
It depends, i do it after stretching because i workout in the morning so it helps me wake my body up and ease myself into working out, but i recommend trying both ways and choose which feels better to you

If you’re going for a slimmer look while working out, I recommend doing mini stretches before workout to warm your body up, and after do the deep stretching so you don’t look buff instead of thin.

Im not fe ible, so it hurts pretty much, but im still going to do it, every morning and nigth (before a exercise routine) so i can keep it. I would take my breaks if i cannot do more.

I expect your weight is very appropriate for your height. I am very thin and have thin legs. We Arabs have the ideal body, which is to have broad legs and weight 58-60. So I wanted to ask you a question. Does it not affect the monthly pampering time? If I do it, will it affect the pampering?
@@d.2b uhmm as a portuguese most of the people are between 50-60kg but i really love thin body's because like it catches my attention and like in china and those countries (to me) they have perfect body's. I wanted to start doing dance as a hobbie and I think the movements are more clear you know?
Answering to your question (not being fluent in english) pampering is like spoiling? I really don't know so I searched on google and I don't think it does affect.

1. Neck stretch - 15 seconds on each side, 30 seconds in total
2. Neck Stretch - 15 seconds pushing your head to the front, 15 seconds to the back
3 and 4. Oblique & inner Thight Stretch - either rasing you arm or just leaning your body to the front 30 seconds on each side (stretching left leg)
5. Inner Thight stretch - 30 seconds
6. Hip Flexor stretch - 30 seconds (stretching the left leg)
7. Thight, Groin, Back, Piriformis - 30 seconds either leaning your body to the front or just standing straight (stretching the left leg)
8. Quad Stretch - 30 seconds
9. Hip Flexor Stretch- 30 seconds
10. Thight, Groin, Back, Piriformis - 30 seconds either leaning your body to the front or just standing straight (stretching right leg)
11. Quad Stretch - 30 seconds
12. Upper Body stretch - 30 seconds
13 and 14. Quad Stretch- 30 seconds on each side, 1 min in total
15. Hamstrings & Calf Stretch - 30 seconds
16. Upper To Middle Back- 30 seconds alternating between the left and the right
