    I did this exercise for a couple weeks now and i see very much progress, my thighs are getting slim and my waist is getting more defined 😭😭

    ✅ day 1: I did the stretches well although at 8:35 my feet don't reach the floor 😞
    ✅ day 2: I did it again!
    ✅ day 3: I did it although my lazy as self decided not to do it in the morning and in the afternoon instead
    ✅ Day 4: I did it but did it late again!!

    This stretching workout is so relaxing! I felt calm and refreshed after my first session today. It seems like it could really help in achieving a slimmer body, but since it's only my first day, I’m excited to see the long-term results.     perfect!! I love it! Im gonna do it everyday for some time and ill remind you guys!
    Day 1 (today): i felt nice and stretched, but did it wrong many times 🥲 But i will progress! You cant force yourself to do it when it hurts since it wont end well, even of you do it wrong repeat tomorrow and then itll progress! Love it!
    Day 2: Done! I really like this exercice! A bit of change!
    Day 3: It works! I've become more flexible! And some of the exercices dont hurt! Thank you so much! Definitely recommend!❤

    day 2 : completed! (this was painful to do ... but my legs got a tiny barely noticeable thinner)
    day 3: didnt do bc i went on a trip
    day 4:completed! (saw my waist got smaller)
    day 5: did half of the exercise bc i was exhausted- (i will do it 2 times tmmr dw)

    Trying this routine to be more flexible + to lose weight!

    Goal: 48 kg + FLEXIBILATY!
    Day One: ✅:Just realized how inflexible my body is- IT HURTS SO BAD
    Day Two: ✅:Still hurts but I feel like I did better handling the hip pain!

    Day1:✅Kind of easy,i do this after my slim waist workout :)
    Day2:✅ I kept slipping but i tried it again and succeeded!!,Anyway today is done I also did it after my slim waist workout :)
    Day3: ✅ did one or two exercises wrong cause I was hella tired I did this after my workout,literally after just waking up
    Day4:✅Much better than yesterday!,As per usual I did it after my slim waist exercise

    everyobe asking for reminders or giving up, set yourself a daily reminder, as an alarm or mode on your phone
    your body will thank you 💞
    and make sure not to overexert yourself!
    ive been doing this stretch, as well as the paired workout for a few weeks now, it definetly helps with flexibility and toning ❤️

    guys this actually works!!
    before i started i was: 166.5cm
    i did this for almost a month and a half (missing a few odd days in between😅)
    but now im actually 170cm tall!
    as well as my height, my legs and upper body has slimmed more than i used to be :)
    really recommend!!❤

      @@my.eeunoia no, i wasn't on a diet, but i usually dont eat a lot of unhealthy food anyway.
      i honestly love food tho, which is why i usually have 4 meals everyday, but i think it helps that i drink at least 2.5 llitres of water everyday to wash it all down.

      I have seen a few differences like my flexibility improving or less muscle soreness, but not in my height (i’ve been doing it for about 3 weeks) i think this isn’t made for improving height but hinafit has a stretching routine that targets that area
