Atreus looks like a lot of fun surprised by how good his melee abilities look actually has some weight to it, while he ain't no Kratos he can certainly hold his own. Our boy has come far since the beginning of the last game!
Im confused as to why he is the last giant, when he is only half, considering that Thor's mother was also a giant, and so were several of the spouses of the aesir/vanir.

Maybe he’s the last person upholding the giant’s legacy. He’s also the youngest giant, and one of the few people actually on the side of the giants.
From the talk the trio had during the boat sequence in niflheim, it sounded like the other figures are either dead or just... being very distant.
