When you have a big file. Then you have to convert some very high polygonal object to Vray proxy.

All the folders and textures should have standard English letters. A-Z or a-z.
Use _ underscore instead of space. in naming.
This is one of the causes. but there can be other issues too.
Let me know if your problem is solved or not
