i accidentaly did this with crochet but it was so good for my mental health! i was crocheting around 6 to 7 hours a day, i'm a slow crocheter but it was once of the best things, i got so many things done and i only been crocheting for about 3 months! 10/10
I use a transparent book weight to be able to read if I wanna knit/crochet at the same time. It can help me to feel less inclined to watch too many videos (even though my screen time is still too high 😩)
I might try something like this soon. I'm impressed by how much you got done, somehow my screen time yesterday was only 2 and a half hours lol. And can I just say, your hair looks amazing in this video!
That was an interesting challenge. You did great. I think it felt like a long day because you were timing yourself. If you were just taking a day to knit or crochet and weren’t timing it the time probably would seem to go faster. 🧶💜🙏🏻
if you did trade your screen and craft time you could call it "WIP week" and use it to help mop up those WIPs

Ive been knitting all day but my screen time hasnt gone down… i’ve been listening to youtube video essays while i knit 😂

I might do this lol. bring my crochet / knitting about with me and putting my phone in my bag so the crochet is what I see before I grab my phone out
